sorority rankings
by: PNMOk so I've heard a lot about some houses being top houses while others are lower. I personally just want to be in a sorority regardless of which it is! However, I was wondering if I end up in a "lower house" will I be looked down upon by girls in the higher houses? I've heard that all the girls get along but from this site especially I can tell some girls think they are better than others. Will I end up feeling like I'm basically nothing for being in a house that isn't as popular?

GreekRank is far from reality. You have to remember the people posting bad things are a tiny minority of the girls in the greek system! Most of us on here are trying to be encouraging, supportive, and defend the terrible things we know people will see. In real life, you will have friends in every sorority. No one will ever judge you just because of your letters. Some of the top people on campus in various organizations that are well known are from not "top" houses, and it didn't hold them back! Go where you love and you'll be happy.
