What do y'all want the next sororities to colonize on our campus to be? Even if we aren't colonizing soon, I wanna know what people think!

i heard it was because of the adpi debacle... their nationals think that the greek system here is unsupportive. which is kind of true.

basically, kappa saw how the greek community reacted to adpi's scandal last year (we all know what i'm talking about). they thought that the environment is toxic and that other groups aren't willing to support a new sorority. and they're kind of right.

I don't know of a Greek system anywhere that isn't toxic, at least not at a competitive Greek system. I hate what happened but ADPI handled it with class and moved on... as we all should. We need to continue to work to add a new sorority. I don't want to see our NM class numbers continue to rise! While I am happy to see more people choosing to attend MSU and go through recruitment, I don't believe having a chapter with over 300 members is beneficial.
