Chi O did pledge upperclassmen through recruitment. I was there on bid day. All of this "speculation" is crazy and is only trying to make them look bad. They are the top house; always have been, always will be!

Were they on the original bid list or snap bids which were added to the bid list? Chi O advisors were saying that they chose to "opt out" of upperclassman quota...so I'm not sure I understand how both of these scenarios could be true?
