also tells each chapter the top number that they are allowed to invite back to each round. The larger groups are required to cut the larger number which includes Chi O. Member wise they still have around 250 members (56 seniors, higher retention from that class than any on the row).

True. But Chi O is not the only group who has to release large numbers of women. What's your point?

Freshman quota this year and last year. They have a different view of the non-freshman quota as does their National organization. They do not take the full non-freshman quota by choice. Other groups just don't understand this and choose to make a big issue of it. Chi O continues to pledge top women.

Sweetie, if it makes you feel better to believe this then go right ahead. Everyone else knows that Chio did not make quota the past two years. It's nothing to be ashamed of so why do you feel the need to make up stuff about national having different views blah blah blah? Either you make quota or you don't.

Might want to check yourself on that one, hon. Other Chi O chapters in the state of MS have no problem taking upperclassman quota...so I don't buy that national mess. You just didn't make quota again. Put on your big girl panties, suck it up and deal with it!

made. Why don't you check it out with Nationals and the Tau Chapter at Ole Miss. They will agree with the comments made. Nay chapter was listed as making quota in their National magazine for the fall of 2010 and will be listed again for this year. If you are not associated with Chi O then you really don't know anything about their Nationals. Your tough talk and rudeness only makes you look bad, not Chi O.

Well if Chi O wants to fall behind, then just let them. Nobody really cares if they unilaterally choose to redefine the word "quota" or not. Their insistance to voluntarily fall behind in quota is hurting no one but themselves. It's actually kind of comical to know that everybody else is laughing at them. Oh - and in case you didn't know...we are...baaaa haaa haaa!! Have fun with your consistently shrinking chapter size. LOLOLOLOLLLL!

I am sure the MSU Panhellenic Council is very proud of you. Nice example of Panhellenic spirit. Chi O rarely losses members over the years (56 seniors with the closest of any other group being 36) therefore their chapter size is not really affected as much as it would be for other groups. I would guess their numbers are between 260 and 270 right now.

This is only the 2nd year of upperclassman quota. You won't begin to see a marked difference until year #4 - which would be 2013. Hang on...it's coming. Oh - and you're wrong about chapter size. They're not that big.
