rushing

I am attending MSU in the fall this year and will be playing womens soccer there. I was wondering if sororitys like athletes or if I'll be turned away? Also I don't have the best high school grades due to an illness my junior year. Is it possible to still get into a top sorority with a poor gpa but good SAT score? I know I should keep an open mind rushing and not look into who is on top and who isn't, I'm just simply curious!

I know Chi O and Phi Mu both had/have MSU women athletes as members - golf, soccer, track/field. There might be athletes in other groups too. I suggest asking the alums doing your recommendations to address your illness and how it affected your grades on the recs.
