kinda icky

My friend is a junior in high school in alabama. There is a guy from a top frat at State that is stalking her big time. He is a sophomore. She is 16 and he is 20. First, should she report this to his fraternity? He is in one of the top two fraternities. Second, how much trouble will he get into? When I say stalks, he is creepy about it. We are not sure he became a member of his frat except maybe he had a brother that let him in. I think if his frat brothers knew how weird he is about my friend they'd kick him to the curb. Can someone ease our minds concerning this situation? Thanks.

Isn't it against the law to date or pursue a child under the age of 18? Tell the police.

He lives in a city that is close to the Alabama state line. We think its weird that he trying to talk to her if he's in college there.

This is the perfect place to discuss things like members of fraternities that are perverted enough to stalk 16-17 year old girls. Why would a top frat offer a bid to such a person? Can he not date girls his age? I suggest that these girls block this guy, contact the police, and the fraternity should be alerted as to his behavior. They will take care of him.

If this is who I think it's about, yes, he trolls social media. He has tried to hook up with high school girls before. I find him perverted and strange. I think he has a phobia about talking and meeting girls his age.
