What happened to the ΣΑΕs Pledgeship? Why did they have to imidiately initiate them? If I'm rushing for ΣΑΕ I want to have the full hardships of pledging

Initiated 3 days after bid day. "Haze" you as actives. They got a lot of weird guys this past rush
