realistic expectations

With the right resume and good recs, every sorority will consider you. It's all about the connections you make during rush! If you are personable and hitting it off with girls in the house, they'll fight for you! Every sorority has OOS members, there are just certain sororities that are more competitive to get into if your OOS because they don't take as many girls not from MS/Memphis. But you may be happiest in a group that takes lots of OOS! Go where you feel comfortable, but don't stress about not getting a bid just because you're OOS - lots of girls are!
