rushing as a transfer sophomore

i’m going to be transferring here next fall and was wondering if i should rush. i’m a stem major so i don’t want a sorority to be too time-consuming. is greek life big here and will it be hard to make friends if im not in a sorority here? i dont party or go out so would i still fit in?

Sororities are time consuming. Meetings, philanthropy events, volunteering, etc.
If you don't plan to be all in, then save both you and them the trouble and don't join.
