I have a 3.1 weighted gpa but my unweighted is a 2.9. On my highschools transcript they only show my weighted gpa so is that the one soriorties will look at?

Weighted GPA is usually the one considered. I can't speak for all chapters, but I believe most would acknowledge the extra weight given to Honors and/or AP classes.

I agree, sororities will consider the weighted GPA.
