Rush- frat or srat

If someone uses “rejected” as a term towards you, just know they are using it because they were rejected also during rush at some point. It’s not the correct word or feeling. Reject? By whose standards? Is one group’s standards any better than another groups? We all have standards. No one is rejected. You have a place! Get busy finding your friends! You are very worthy.

This sounds nice and comforting, but honestly there is a level of rejection that is an inherent part of the recruitment process.

It sucks but rejection is part of life - just wait till these kids go job hunting…
