Rush advice please read

There is no reason to be rude to a house that you don’t love as much as others. I know it seems like a “bottom” house can steal you from a “top” house if they like you, but that is 100% not the case. This is a mutual process so if a house likes you and puts you on their list and you put them on your list, then they will be on your schedule the next day. If you don’t get asked back to a house you wanted, it’s not because another house stole you since you were nice to them. Unfortunately, it’s because you didn’t make their cut. Also, remember that you have to go to school with these people and see them around. Do you really want to be that girl? These people will remember you and talk.

This is absolute truth. Trying to get yourself dropped by a house you don't like by being a bad pnm there? That does absolutely nothing to get you ranked higher to get asked back where you like better. If you and your fave houses match in rankings you will go there. If not, you won't. Your other houses rankings of you have no affect whatsoever.

You can even hurt your rush by being rude to any active in any sorority because girls are friends and roommates across sororities. All it takes is one text from a girl at one chapter to her friend at another chapter, and then the whole other chapter knows what went down.

Sororities don't want to see their letters on girls like that, it makes their sorority look bad.

Lmao imagine you want to be a roadrunner/nmc/alumni delegate and the person interviewing you is someone you were so rude to. I just feel like these girls don’t realize that people from all sororities are all over campus. Like you will see them all the time and they are going to tell everyone how rude you were.
