It's the same as the sororities, in that order within each grouping doesn't matter. Using 4 tiers for the frats vs 3 with sororities.

Be very weary if a house doesn’t maintain at least a 3.0 or have 100+ members because it’s a good indication of priorities, hazing, and desirability. Not always, but usually. Sigma Chi and Kappa Sig are stacked because 90% of all hs friend groups and they like the high numbers because of the due $$$ it brings in.
Every house can bring value to your college experience. Much more so than with sororities, guys need to join where THEY feel most comfortable and feel like they fit in.
