Fraternity formal rush

do most guys go thru formal rush or accept bids over the summer

It’s about half, probably leaning way heavier on early bids now. Some chapters (pike, sigma chi, sae, ksig, phi delt) give out the majority of the bids they expect to extend in the early bid process while others (lambda, fiji) rely heavy on formal rush. But this balance changes every year, this is just what I have observed

If you go to MRA you’ll be a sigma chi over the summer. Only dweebs won’t get early bid.
