This is right. Things are changing, obviously they aren’t going to be upper mid or top but pay attention to them and to the new members on the row points of view from recruitment.

100%. Pi phi got so many really good girls this year that got screwed over by other houses. Not sure why the adpis are in the comments on this trying to tear down pi phi and down voting this.
