Sigma chi cheaters

I heard from a former sigma chi that he could never make high enough on the ACT so he got his brother to take the test for him since they look alike. He went from a 14 to a 28. How?

This is 100% true. And this dude dropped out of school eventually. Another fake sigma chi poser that could not cut it. A wasted bid.
