Phi mu girls.

I just don’t understand… some phi mu’s are gorgeous but some are just… not at all.

It's because they 3 years ago they moved away from recruiting "gorgeous blonde type" girls and are now more focused on their small town friend group from back home. Their whole vibe completely changed minus a sprinkle of hot girls. Nothing wrong with the change. But ya, totally different vibe.
