Here is how I see it

The dust has settled and the new PCs are ready to be ranked. This is based off of PC classes only.

delta gamma
chi o
kappa delta
adpi/pi mu/zeta (alphabetical)
tri delt
alpha chi
pi phi

kappa delta and tri delt got significantly weaker PC than normal.
adpi and zeta both did well and this pc22 made them stronger
