Which houses already have most of their bid list set before a single pnm walks through the door?

I hate that this happens, but the chapters that this most likely happens/something close to this happening is xo, kd, and dg.

This is 100% at KD and Chi O. Their exec and recruitment team knows exactly who they want before you walk in the door. I’d say DG and PM have about 75% of a list and then take a few “curveball girls” too who spark their interest during recruitment.

This strategy has hurt KD and Phi Mu the last few years. They have had to scramble to hit quota. The girls they thought would pledge them , chose other houses.
