Recruitment advice

by:

So I need advice for recruitment. I basically want to have my pick of the chapters and I need to know if I need to be a certain way with certain houses. And also what are the house personalities as a whole?

Why would you want to fake being a certain way? This isn’t high school anymore. Learn to be comfortable with yourself.

yeah after doing this a few years you can usually tell when girls are being fake.

Okay but like, I’m not trying to be fake. Just wondering if there’s specifics each one looks for. I don’t really fit in with a lot of girls, however I think it would be fun to be in a sorority. I have a lot of strengths but I was wondering if there’s certain things I should show to each sorority. Like are certain ones interested in certain character traits or extracurricular activities

Just be friendly, conversational, genuinely interested in the actives and chapter and trust the process. You’ll find your place.

No! Pnm's who have this mindset have the worst possible rush. Nobody can pull off trying to be what they think each different house wants. It always fails. It reeks of fakeness, insecurity, and desperation, and becomes apparent within the first 60 seconds of meeting. Be poised, confident, positive, and interesting. Brownie points for me if I like your sense of humor. Every house is looking for three things: cute - sweet - fun. Rush conversations are not job interviews or tests; we are looking at personalities, how we connect, and best fit.
