Do you know where they will be holding recruitment? Are they using another house on the row or someplace completely different?

It's not a weird question. They are brand new and last year did what brand new chapters do when they colonize; they participated in first round only and then stepped back, and started their recruitment after formal rush was over. The answer is yes, this year they will participate fully in recruitment now that they are an established chapter.
