Is it true that Sigma Chi profiles rushees according to their look? That’s odd because the guys that they offered bids to from
My HS were a bit geeky. They sure didn’t have the “look” to be so judgey against others with their own look.

A lot of frat guys are closeted and this goes double for the ones who strive for leadership positions, because being in charge of frat is superficially a very straight accomplishment. So you get decision makers who are obsessed with guys’ looks. Some will work everything out, others will marry Chi O’s and KDs and be miserable their whole lives. (And yes, moms who are super obsessed with their sons’ fraternities have generally been extremely domineering throughout their sons’ lives, which causes young men to turn out certain ways, so congrats moms on here, you won!)
