gpa and minorities

What is the overall GPA recuirement to rush? And could someone please tell me the GPA recuirement to join each sorority? I can't seem to find that information online. Also, I was wondering if someone could tell me if it's harder for minorities to get a bid? I would love to join a sorority but I feel like there's a possibility that I'll just be wasting my time since I am a minority..
