Fall Sorority Bids

Are ZTA, Pi Phi and DDD still giving out bids? Several girls on my hall received bids. I thought there would be recruitment in the Spring.

Only sororities that are not at total membership numbers can extend bids. Greek Life office can help you understand the process.

sororities at full quota can still give out bids depending on their open bidding process

They can not give out bids if they are over or at Panhellenic total.

You are confusing Quota and Chapter Total. A house could have reached Quota during recruitment but still be able to offer bids if they are under Chapter Total. This number is determined each semester by Panhellenic, not the individual chapters, so is the same number for all.

my chapter met quota and is at the chapter total and able to open bid. deep down everyone can continuous open bid but they don’t want you to know that

Chapters at or above Panhellenic total set by MSU Pan can not give out bids. That’s why chi o , dg, kd, phi mu , ddd and adpi can not give out bids right now. They are at or above total. Numbers will readjust after Christmas break but not until then.
