They do take all the MRA boys. It’s 13th grade for MRA. Which rush chair thought it was a good idea to throw a party during boys rush? Of the 4 chairs, 2 went to MRA. Guess they thought it was a good idea- attention w h o r e s.

Sigma chi does give out a lot of bids, since they are obligated to give them out to all MRA boys, but 147 was an exaggeration. I guess the poster was using sarcasm to make that point. I believe it’s around 50.
Kappa sigma was 45. SAE was around 40. Phi Delta was around 39.

Also, the Fiji accepted bids were many that KA and Phi Delt cut over the summer and during rush week.

Kappa sigma kicked out so many of their upper classmen two years ago that their numbers were dangerously low. They went overboard on bids this year to get numbers back up. They couldn’t pay the house bill with the numbers they had. One of their alumni (senator) didn’t want his son (now a junior) in a fraternity with a bunch of “drunkards.” Now, kappa sigs upper classmen are a bunch of judgemental losers. Good luck freshmen. It’s all yours.

A member of Congress doesn’t have much standing to criticize other groups for drunkenness or any other character defect.
