order doesn’t really matter the tiers are pretty equal and each house has pros and cons

Somewhat accurate. I'd put Chi O and KD on top tier alone, though, and it just depends on what fits you best (Chi O grades and campus involvement, KD looks and fun). I'd put DG and Phi Mu on the next level but Phi Mu has had really good classes the last two years. I also really think DDD and Pi Phi have come on strong and have some amazing girls.

dg is top tier. they have a great pledge class every year just like chi o and kd. i’d put phi mu in their own tier
