I would put Tri Delt over Zeta. And Adpi over Pi Phi (the whole social media thing hurt them) and Adpi is going to do better with their new house. Watch them get some girls they don’t normally get. I think Tri Delt will do well this year with rush.

DDD up late on this site. No way that DDD is above Zeta after last year. They had a terrible pledge class and were on probation for hazing. They really are barely middle tier at this point.

Zeta had one ok pledge class last year, one! Past years not so much and their grades have been continuously one of the lowest houses! They are not above Tri Delt and pretty even with ADPi! Good try though!
