is it worth it to rush as a 22 year old?

hi! i will be coming to state in the fall and am interested in rush. i am aware that i will be older than most of my pledge class, but i am hoping i will be able to make friends from other pledge classes. my question is is it even worth my time to rush or will i get dropped by everyone? which sororities are open to non traditional students? thank you sm!
