Why does SAE have their initiation in the Chapel of Memories?

The SAEs are initiated after a 4-5 day pledgeship. LOL
It’s because they have trouble with insurance. Through the years they have been on probation more than any other fraternity. No insurance company will risk insuring the frat. Poor SAE. Except not really
