As someone who went a couple times last year they’re so much better. Lots of girls from top sororities now and game days this year have honestly been more fun than anything I’ve been to that wasn’t ΣΧ, ΚΣ, ΣΑΕ. House def helps, nicest/cleanest I’ve seen on the inside!

I have an older sister and cousin who were both here 7-12 years ago and they loved Phi Delt and they and their friends went there all the time. I always assumed they were ranked higher based on that. Did something happen in the last few years that brought them down? (I’m a freshman so obvs haven’t had the same party experience of other classes).
