top:
chi o / dg / kd
(this order changes every year. since kd gave out snap bids this year they are the bottom of top tier. but they are still very desired and a top house so they didn't move down tiers just within the tier. dg got exactly who they wanted and chi had a great recruitment so not sure why everyone keeps calling theirs bad? Chi O and Dg got all of the girls KD took to pref thinking they would get....)
lower top:
phi mu - got a great pledge class. one more and they will move up to top tier (and switch places with kd if they have another bad one) the older pledge classes just aren't what this one is.
middle -
ddd / zta
ddd did what they normally do! heavily recruit the out of state but still in region girls (from tennessee, alabama, etc) they get great small town mississippi girls without connections and the oos that top houses miss. they aren't super looks heavy but always have cute and kind hearted girls.
zta KILLED it this year. moved up multiple spots. really proud of them. are taking more time to look at the types of girls they are getting. their president and leadership are great- with more time this chapter will really be making moves.
lower middle
pi phi / adpi
both houses are on the rise! the panhellenic here is really good. heavy on out of state but are so diverse which is a huge plus for me.
in conclusion, we need a new chapter here. pledge classes are getting too big. we need a mix up. alpha gam or kappa needs to get here asap!

For the most part, this is pretty right. Those are the top 3 houses and it’ll take a lot for that to change. I think Phi Mu was more desirable to PNMs this year than KD, DG was more desirable than Chi O, and ZTA was more desirable than DDD. ADPi also had a good year. But all of that was just this year, and it’ll take another year of that for the ranks to really change, but it’s coming.

one person keeps coming on here trying to spread this over and over. It is well established by now that Phi Mu and KD had the best pledge classes with DG a close third. Those of us who actually GO to State and who actually KNOW who went through rush and what they pledged know this. and rush is already old news. everyone can look around and know Phi Mu and KD rule.
