Just my personal opinions, but i genuinely feel like this is how the majority of people feel

I agree with most of this. ZTA got a great pledge class, but honestly I think adpi and pi phi got a much better class than ddd. I think adpi, ddd, zta, and pi phi Are all on the same tier. However, there are rankings within that tier that I think would go

Tri delt/adpi
Pi phi

ADPi, try to make it less obvious next time pls. The 4 houses you just named are on vastly different levels. ZTA and pi phi are far and above better than ADPi. Y’all get one pledge class that isn’t terrible and now you don’t know how to act

You are correct, the rankings have been all over this site. I think they were referring to all the unnecessary word vomit that goes with it
