Phi Mu

Chi O - I think Phi Mu will pass Chi O next year. Chi O used to be in the top 2 for decades but after variable rush/quotas, the playing field began to level leaving room for KD and Phi Mu to move up as well as DDD and Zeta. I think KD cut pretty severely at first (because they can), and then a couple of KD legacies went Chi O (not sure why), and a few DG legacies went other places (not sure why). I still think DG and KD are the top two that most PNMs seek first.
