The pi phi house is basically brand new, it’s only a couple years old and just got a huge expansion this year with a beautiful kitchen and new furniture. I’m not even a pi phi I’m literally just jealous of their house

Adpi is going to be at the top of this list once their house is finished. Pi phi is a close second though. Chi O, DG, and KD are all pretty on the inside but not the outside.

Adpi is going to have an amazing house!! It will definitely be at the top! Zeta will be second sorry. I agree that Pi Phi looks more like a ski lodge style house not very southern. It’s still pretty though.
