heres the truth sigma chi is the traditonal top spot with kappa sig in close second with a debatable sae and phi delt tie for 3rd place, although I'd probly go with phi delt being that they have a better reputation. Now that kappa sig is only a colony which is not allowed to have parties next year and probly not able to participate in fall rush that means second place is up for grabs which to me means phi delt. Although phi delt isnt going to knock off sigma chi I think they are in a very good spot at second place and perhaps in the near future being tied with sigma chi for first. Now, Kappa sig will recover but it will take at least a year or 2 to be back in the top tier with sigma chi phi delt and sae.

Looks like some Phi Delts got on here and rated themselves. They are middle to top tier but definitely not #1

Here's what you need to know. Everybody here recognizes the top tier chapters are Sigma Chi, Phi Delt, and Kappa Sig. They're all good, competitive, and equally strong. As for which one is number one, that's just personal preference. They have a lot of similarities but each are a little different. Just get to know them and decide for yourself.
