Fraternity Tiers (updated)

Top: Sigma Chi, Kappa Sig, SAE
Upper: KA, Phi Delt, Lamda Chi
Mid: Fiji, Pike, Phi Tau
Lower: Sig ep, Pi Kapp, FH
Bottom: Delta Chi, Sigma Nu, AGR

The Sig Ep’s will be getting the house back from the ADPi’s as the ADPi house is currently under construction. It’s an awesome house. The ADPi’ have taken excellent care of it and added so much to it to make it so much nicer than your typical fraternity house. Should give the Sig Ep’s an advantage during Rush.

They move into the largest fraternity house on campus in a year, are consistently top 3 in grades, and do well for their size in sorority’s philanthropies. Also I think they have more members than phi tau already
Not close to a top house yet (obviously)but not bottom tier with DX,FH, PKT
