alpha delta pi

by: GreekGeek

Like many others, I had high hopes for ADPi, but they seem to have gotten off on the wrong foot. I hardly ever hear an active or new member speak positively about their sorority. Even worse, I've heard several of them bash other sororities and fraternities. To be blunt, they're not so pretty and less than socially graceful- their new member class seems to full of girls that got cut everywhere else. I really wanted ADPi to succeed here but they seem to be doing poorly. Thoughts?

Also, what can Panhellenic and individual sororities do to help them succeed... any ideas?

Many others? Well for starters you can be encouraging them since you're wondering how Panhellenic can help. It would need to start with you.

First of all, you don't have your facts straight and your lack of sincerity is evident. Are you concerned because they are starting out better than anticipated for a new sorority ? Even without a house, ADPi appealed to many girls because it was the start of something new. The girls in the new class had many options. Not sure where you are obtaining your information but it is incorrect. It appears that it might be based on your perception of appearance and how shallow is that?

have to disagree--the girls I've seen are very pretty. I don't know about their sisterhood but the ones I know love it. The best thing to do is speak positively about ALL the sororities, we want more sororities on campus!

is someone who had such high hopes coming on greekrank and bashing a new group? This smacks of insincerity. Greek life can't successfully grow if folks aren't supportive of new groups. Give ADPi some time-they are still new. And post positive comments about them. That is the way you boost an org. up.
