It looks like the snap bid sentence is a question....not an accusing statement. Meaning they have enough members so. .....why? I agree likeability is a #1 factor!! Not size or grades or involvement. Involvement would be 2nd...grades 3rd and size 4th.
ddd is very likeable. Just saying! So is zeta...pi phi and adpi!
