post-recruitment rankings

There are 8 AMAZING sororities at MSU. Only listing 4-5 is insensitive and inaccurate. While are very strong in their own ways, I have to think this is the general consensus based on grades, involvement, leadership on campus, and character of members/classiness.
XO/KD-Undeniable top 2
DG-#3 but need to pull it together
Phi Mu-#4 but improving
DDD/Zeta-doing so well recently
Pi Phi-ADPi-still establishing themselves

Everyone at State knows that Chi O/DG are now and have always been the top 2 groups, with KD as a solid 3rd. Phi Mu waxes and wanes from year to year and always seems to be the 4th member of the "Big 4" on campus. But, their inability to take hold of & maintain leadership positions on campus AND their own members is what will always keep them at 4th, regardless of current pledge class.
What many of you seem to forget is that the strength and desireability of a group goes WAY beyond recruitment. It's about leadership within the group & on campus, academics, service, and long-term reputation. When you look at it as a long-term body of work, there is just no doubt that Chi O/DG are tops at State.

Phi Mu has gotten 2 good PCs in the last 3 years.
DG has gotten 3 so/so PCs the past 3 years.
KD and Chi O have gotten 3 good PCs the past 3 years.
Chi O and DG are tied for grades. KD is next. Phi Mu is next. Tenths of points doesn't change the order.
Chi O, KD, and DG have more LEADERSHIP roles in campus involvement.
Phi Mu has more Spirit Group members.
Frats love all 4.
CHi O, DG, KD, and Phi Mu all won a competition last year. And placed in the others.
All 4 have beautiful members.
Do with it what you will....no one will agree every time.

Changes have happened over the past 2 years
ChiO/KD: Going to take a lot to change this
DG: Involvement, high GPA , large chapter keep them here, eventhough not popular within Greek community
Phi Mu/ZTA Not outstanding couple of pledge classes for Phi Mu and strong PC 12 and incredible PC 13 for ZTA
DDD/PiPhi Both doing very well, but all those posts by members and alums saying they're climbing quickly just don't make it so
ADPi Good start, need their house for things to improve
