They are one of the 8 fabulous sororities here. Every sorority is great and offers sisterhood, leadership opportunities, a social life, etc. Since you asked specifically about DG, I think they are very competitive and put an emphasis on being well rounded. Some think they don't have a "type," but I think that's a strength because it's not just the popular girl, the sporty girl, the party girl, or the super religious girl. There's a really good mix of personalities. They do lean heavy on MS or Memphis girls but do have a lot of girls from OOS too. I know they're one of the strongest DG chapters nationally and I can see that because they're really involved on campus and tend to give 110% at everything. Some of my best friends from home went DG and obviously I adore them so I have nothing but panlove for them!

Delta is right. DG is the least uptight sorority of the 3 top tier sororities. You can be quirky and goofy there, while still being smart. No pressure to look a certain way for popularity.

Are the expenses gone over ahead of time? A girl that pledged is complaining about the cost in our dorm. Did she think it was cheap?

Expenses are clearly outlined on the Pan web-site for any and all to see. They are very transparent, so no one should be surprised at the cost.
