Anyone know about PBP?

The numbers for all houses so far look great and past years of variable quota have really helped.

I heard there were 825 pnms this year. Can anyone confirm? If so, it means that the % who received a bid is very high!

Variable quota was not used last year or this year. Chapters are much closer in size now which was the whole purpose of using variable quota for a few years.
