Pretty sure it means to be completely taken out of consideration for a chapter or multiple chapters, usually because of something the person did

Something like getting absurdly drunk or just making a complete idiot out of yourself during a rush event. It can really be anything that strongly offends a chapter or makes you look like an a real ass
