oos pnms
by: SaraDoes during recruitment to any of the sororities if a PNM is from out of state? I am coming from a different state and won't have in house contacts from HS. How much will that affect me as well? TIA

it matters very much. you will struggle, most especially at the top and mid tier houses. they are just so competitive. connections really are everything. it's not that you are being judged bc you are from out of state. there are out of state girls in all the chapters. it's because you won't have connections.

it really doesn’t matter, as long as you come in with an open mind. “top tier” takes a lot of instate, and will probably cut oos on the first day, but all the other chapters are really accepting and still really great. if you stand out during recruitment, connections wont matter
