how could fraternities improve

How could some of the fraternities that are not top tier improve? Like Pi Kapp, ATO ect Be honest as well as respectful.

Encouraging more involvement in campus organizations is probably the best way to start. When members become involved on campus and become respected as leaders the respect can transfer to the fraternity.

But it also takes be friends with top tier sorority girls too. Fraternities that only have less desirable sorority members or non greek girls at their parties aren't going to be considered strong by anyone. Fraternities have to have a fair amount of members and be involved on campus to meet the really involved girls in greek life. And if the fraternity members are normal and nice guys, they'll build friendships that improves their reputation among sororities. Girls determine who is strong.
