Yes. Your cell phone has an IP address too. EVERY device connected to the internet has one and is traceable. This included pads, Alexa/Echo, everything. Your entire internet history is traceable and is like fingerprints for catching those who break the law, including harassment laws. Don't be dumb.

In order to trace an IP address, Greek Rate would have to be served with a court order.

Look at Greek Rank’s privacy statement, it even mentions court order. They aren’t going to hand out someone’s IP address with out cause. This doesn’t mean this site should be a free for all, users should use caution.
