Why the obsession with JA and Prep? There are much more impressive private school girls attending State now. It used to just be predominantly MS based girls attending State. I can think of many Memphis , Jackson TN , Nashville and Birmingham areas where old money , prestige and smart girls comes from. Jackson is a joke and Madison County , MS is definitely way overrated.

I think the issue here is this. The DG who posted the original claim to the JA/Prep girls had a point. I bet they got the top girls from those 2 schools that THEY were after. But...so did all the others. There are girls form
Both of those schools, and the other private schools in the Jackson area in every house. And I’m willing to bet they would all say they got the TOP girls. Quality over quantity in some cases and it just depends on what each house was after.

Quit your complaining and attempts at picking a fight. There were lots of great PNMs this year, from JA and Prep (more than most recent years) and so many other great schools and places around the county. Quit your whining and be happy for all of these girls. They worked hard. They deserve it. To my knowledge, there are great girls from JA and Prep in Most of the houses at state this year - Chi O, DG,DDD, KD, Phi Mu that I know of. And most likely the other 3. Too many to keep track of.

Lots of the Jackson, Tupelo, MC girls are not given a chance to be in other sororities. They are released early on because open minded houses ( that don’t care about where a pmn is from) will release them to keep more qualified girls with great resumes. Fact
