I've seen a lot of comments talking about "the process is biased to Mississippi girls" but I'm a ms girl from one of the most popular areas in Mississippi and have found myself let go from the process. I've heard this is one of the worst, dirtiest years of rushing and so many wonderful girls have been let go because they're not popular or have thousands of Instagram followers.

I don't think this year was any different from past years. It will be interesting to see how many started rush and how many ended up with a bid today.

It really is sad that a girl doesn’t get into some of these sororities without recs and in house connections. Even then you’re still screwed.
