What is the exact date of bid day?

It's listed very clearly on the Pan site and you should have received a detailed schedule. My guess is that you are not a PNM. Registration ended yesterday and it is all spelled out.

Saturday, August 18. Time is never revealed until closer to the date but it's usually between 1:00 and 3:00.
