I’m from Washington state, is that going to hurt my chances of getting a bid from a house?

it may hurt your chances with certain houses who only want to take MS girls, but many of the other houses have a lot of out of state girls and are still great! you shouldn’t worry about it too much

All houses have some out of state and out of region members. Traditionally the stronger sororities at most Mississippi colleges are Chi O, KD, and DG. These houses tend to take huge numbers of Mississippi members. They are however always open to strong PNMs from any state. All MSU sororities are good and are respected despite what you might read on this site.
