Sorority membership is for a lifetime. It is not just for college. It is important in career networking and looks impressive on your resume. Top hiring companies look for involvement ; not just grades. Greek involvement teaches you how to work with 300 women. Philanthropy is important, offices held are important. You are making a mistake if you thinking of sorority just as a temporary social club for four years. Also, you shouldn’t commit and quit. If you only stay two years, definitely don’t put it on your resume. Companies want to see commitment and following things through. If you aren’t happy , instead of being negative , make positive changes in your group.
